New ONLINE 2021-22 Cancellation Policy 

All cancellation requests will be done online this year.  To cancel a trip, please use the link provided below to send an email request to cancel.  MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE THE MEMBERS NAME AND THE TRIP NAME AND TRIP DATE IN THE BODY OF THE EMAIL.  You may also submit a cancellation request from your Snowflake "dashboard" - go to the trips tab, locate the trip you want to cancel and on the far right side of the screen is an "X" request cancellation.  This is not an automatic process, the Snowflake office will process the cancellation within 5 business days.

1)  To qualify for full credit, cancellations must be made at least 14 days PRIOR to the registration deadline which is the Tuesday before the trip.  

2)  $20.00 Late Cancellation Fee for cancellations placed less than 14 days from the registration deadline of Tuesday before the trip.

3)  $40.00 Late Cancellation Fee for cancellations placed after the registration deadline and up to and including the trip date.

4)  NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS PLACED AFTER THE TRIP - SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS.

A)  All cancellations will be issued as a credit to your credit card.

B)  Cancellations placed after the sign up deadline will incur a $40.00 late cancellation fee.  Cancellations will be accepted up to and including the trip date only. 

C)  Cancellations placed 14 Days prior to the trip registration deadline will incur a $20.00 late cancellation fee.

D)  No refunds will be issued for cancellations placed after the trip date.  Membership fees are not refundable.
